I have worked to successfully place specialist and management staff since 2006. Before that, I was entrusted with tasks in the sales area that were related to employee management. As a human resources consultant, I combine the skills I have gained in a meaningful way and use the skills and knowledge from different company structures to complete my projects in a targeted manner. I solve complex tasks with perseverance, creativity and sensitivity. Key to my success are excellent English and French language skills and the ability to deal with international candidates.
I have established a network, particularly in the financial services (banks, insurance companies, private equity), real estate and energy sector. Moreover, my engineering qualification has also given me a deep understanding of technical professions and qualifications.
What particularly appeals to me most about my work is the aspect of communication and interaction with people. I always enjoy working with new job profiles: My curiosity, open nature and flair for handling the multifaceted tasks, help me to successfully complete even the most challenging projects.

Heike Klimbingat
I have been part of our highly motivated team since the company was founded.
I was originally in the tourism industry, where I worked for a local airline in Revenue Accounting and Manager Industry Affairs for many years. As a native of our region, I saw leaving the airline as an opportunity for a new career start.
My track record led me from business administration studies with specialization in personnel and social affairs (VWA) directly to HR consultancy. Both the study itself as well as my voluntary commitment in the committee in a day care centre immediately awakened a passion in me for the HR industry.
The main focus of my work is on the classic direct search approach, headhunting and active sourcing. For me it is an exciting challenge to get to grips with fast changing requirements, profiles and shortlisting the most suitable candidates for our customers. I also enjoy having the chance to adapt myself with a great deal of flexibility and creativity to a constant stream of new people and situations.

Violaine Riwers
In 2019, I moved to beautiful Saarland and have been part of the sibecon team ever since.
Originally coming from Luxembourg, I have language skills in German, French, English and Luxembourgish as well as my multicultural background, which I am able to put in to use in daily business. Furthermore, I apply my commercial experience from the automotive sector in everyday business.
The expertise I have acquired in the HR sector over the years has led me to new responsibilities, Direct Search being among them. The search for candidates within the framework of international projects completes my administrative and organizational tasks at sibecon. I strive to continually develop myself further in the broad field of human resources knowledge.

Nina Grabinsky
I have been proud to be part of the sibecon team since August 2022 and have already gained valuable insights into the diverse aspects of our company.
As a trained wholesale and foreign trade clerk, I bring with me a wide range of skills and experience that help me fulfill my role as a project assistant.
One area that particularly interests me is human resources. The psychology behind people and their interactions have always fascinated me. That is why I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology in parallel and in line with my professional work.
Finally, I would like to emphasize that I am looking forward to making my contribution to the success of sibecon: To carry out my tasks as a project assistant with enthusiasm and having the opportunity to continuously expand my knowledge in the human resources area.
